The Blind Chef Project:
This is an initiative to train young people with vision impairment for a role in the hospitality industry. It is managed by Ian Edwards, a chef with 30 years’ experience, after he lost his eye sight a few years ago. Ian runs the Blind Chef project out of a restaurant in Lake Macquarie on the New South Wales Central Coast.
